Fight To Win – Rising Stars

Fight to Win’s “Rising Stars” show rocked the house last night at the National Western complex. I had high expectations from the promotion that seems to be the busiest around, between their fight shows and tournaments in multiple states, and I was not disappointed.

Four kickboxing bouts along with Ten MMA matches (One women’s match, one pro match and 2 belt defenses) were on the card tonight.  A little something for everyone.

With a card that full you might expect slow spots. Not the case here. Every fight was fast paced and exciting. There just doesn’t seem to be a lack of great up and coming fighters in Colorado!

In fact, the whole place seemed electric last night. Being in the Western National complex there was plenty of room. The cage was well lit and easily viewed from every angle. There was also a video feed, just in case. From the catered ringside tables to the general admission sections, there was not a bad seat in the house.

Watch for an upcoming show and make sure you get to it. Besides supporting local combat, you’ll be missing a great show.

Highlights and lowlights…

Highlights: Great production. Great fights. Great fighters. Look for this promotion to be mostly pro before you know it. Yeah I know, that’s completely my opinion.

Lowlights: I would have liked to have seen more than one women’s bout.
